ABOUT THE ACADEMY

In 2021 the Elite Hockey Academy at SportOne Parkview Icehouse started. We are very proud of the progress our players made n previous years and looking forward to this upcoming year.

Our mission is to create a culture where hockey training is more than developing quality players – we will maximize individual potential on and off the ice. Our goal is to produce athletes that are committed to excellence in academics as well as athletics.

The program is offered to kids who are fully committed to their hockey development. Kids younger than 11 years old will need approval from John Salway. Student athletes would commit to a full day of combined learning and athletics. Mornings are comprised of academics with athletic training and development in the afternoons. Players will be expected to have a high level of discipline and maturity. We will provide a structured developmental environment for student athletes who have the ability and aspirations to play at the collegiate level.

The Elite Hockey Academy will start September 5th through April 25th, Monday’s through Thursday’s.

EDUCATION

Our goal is to produce athletes that are committed to excellence in academics as well as athletics. Student athletes will secure an education that compliments the academy schedule.
